Terms of Service
1. Who we are
MMA Pros Pick Fantasy ("the Service", "we", "us") is a free-to-play fantasy game built by the team behind MMA Pros Pick. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
2. Not affiliated with the UFC
We are independent and unofficial. The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Ultimate Fighting Championship®, Zuffa LLC, TKO Group, or any promotion. All fighter names, event names, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify real bouts.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You're responsible for making sure fantasy games are permitted where you live. The game is global and free; we don't offer real-money entry or cash prizes during the beta.
4. Your account
Provide accurate details, keep your password to yourself, and don't share or sell your account. You're responsible for activity under your account. Pick a username that isn't offensive or impersonating — your username and results are visible to other players on leaderboards and shareable cards.
5. Fair play
Don't cheat, exploit bugs, run multiple accounts to game standings, scrape or overload the Service, or harass other players. We may suspend or ban accounts that break these rules or undermine the integrity of a contest, at our discretion.
6. Picks, results & scoring
Picks lock when the card's opening bell is scheduled — once locked they can't be changed. Scoring runs off third-party fight data, which can be delayed, incomplete, or corrected after the fact. We may re-settle, correct, or void a contest or result to reflect the official outcome or to fix an error. We aim to be accurate but don't guarantee it.
7. The Service is provided "as is"
We provide the Service without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for reliance on scores, data, or availability. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as the product grows. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above; continued use means you accept the current version.
